We work exclusively based on the general German carrier conditions (ADSp) – newest version .You can download this information here. We draw your attention particularly to the limitations of liability as per items 23 and 24 ADSp that deviate from the law and which we cover up to a maximum of € 5,000. We would be pleased to offer you a higher liability amount on preferred terms through our insurance provider. For the rest, the IATA conditions of carriage will apply in their full form in accordance with the Warsaw Convention.
